Really good beginners guide,
I got this as one of my first aromatherapy books, its a really useful beginners guide. There is a section that details each oil, its physical and “emotional” properties which also includes (very importantly) notes of caution where necessary.
The book is well presented, easy to read and use as a reference.

a great little book,
This is a well presented book that covers many aspects of aromatherapy. There is a section detailing the effects and uses of each oil, details on how to adminster a massage to yourself or to a partner and sections on how to treat various ailments and conditions. There is also a section on making mood perfumes. The book can be read through or can be used to dip into as needed. A good, easily accessible reference book.

Aromatherapy make easy and fun!,
I was looking for a book that gave a rough but imformative guide to aromatherapy and it certainly delivered. It’s great for a beginer (like me) but it’s also a great reference guide for the more experienced. The infomation is well writen, to the point but also very informative. it includes all the main branches of aromatherapy, to give the reader a well rouned view of the whole subject. This book is also fun to read as it’s colouurful! i really didn’t want to buy a book full of writing and no pictures, as i knew i was more likely to put it down. but i read this book in two days and have learnt so much. A bad point is that it assumes the reader is a bit dim in the explanations of things (although that’s probably because i am a science sudent)
Overall i think it’s a great book and well worth buying.
