I’m going to a naturopath in a few days will ativan or any other drug interfere with the testing?

Question by Matt102: I’m going to a naturopath in a few days will ativan or any other drug interfere with the testing?
I’m planning on seeing a naturopath in the next week and when they do there screening process i don’t want anything to interfere, so I’m wondering if ativan (lorazepam) or any other foods or drink will interfere with the testing process.

for goodness sake. Save your money and stop spending it on quackery. If you’re ill go and see your GP.

  1. It’s likely that any of their ‘testing’ will involve something obvious (like paper strips that turn a different colour). You’ll then be told: “Oooh, it’s gone red! That’s bad!” you’ll then be prescribed some expensive tablets and told to come back in a few months.

When you return, you’ll get the same test (you’re told) but this time the paper will turn blue: “Oh, you’re cured!” you’ll be told. You go away happy (but a little poorer), the naturopath is happy (and a little richer) but the net result is the same: They’ll be no effect on your health whatsoever.

Avoid being scammed, see a properly qualified medical doctor.
