Can I safely take 1000 mg of Natural Omega-3 Fish Oil with 1000 mg. of Oderless Garlic? Would it be best to take one in the morning and the other at night?

Yes, totally safe (I’m a phytotherapist & nutrition expert). It’s an excellent combination, actually. Doesn’t matter when you take them – together or apart – but I’d suggest you don’t take them on an empty stomach or they could repeat on you. If they do, keep them in the fridge before taking them – that also helps – and make sure you take them with plenty of water.

Each of them are natural blood thinners–so I’d say take one in the morning and one in the evening – The EPA in fish oil is a natural blood thinner and so is garlic and 2000 mg might be too much at once…..
